Built-in chat

Agents and end users talk in real time, share links and files without leaving the session.

Unattended access

Persistent access, nobody needed

Manage systems, install updates and troubleshoot at any time, without asking the user to be there.

  • Quick setup. Enable unattended access from the client, a customized client or the command line.
  • Wake-on-LAN. Wake devices from sleep or low-power mode, then connect.
  • Folders and groups. Organize devices in folders that carry their own permissions.
  • Search. Find any device by name, ID or description, even in long lists.
  • Any RDP session. On Windows servers, choose the active RDP or console session to join.
  • Command line only. Run commands on an unattended device without opening the full desktop.

Administration

One web console for users, devices and security

The administration console, redesigned in version 4.2, brings users, devices, permissions and reporting together.

  • Dashboard and reports. Sessions, durations and devices over any period and time zone, exported to CSV.
  • Users and teams. Create accounts, assign roles and group users into teams.
  • Folders and permissions. Give each team access to the right folders; sub-folders inherit permissions.
  • Security policies. Two-factor authentication and access restricted to your subscription.
  • Single sign-on accounts. Sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft or GitHub, in the client and the web console.
  • Integrations. Freshdesk tickets and signed webhooks to your own tools.

Security & compliance

Security at every layer

TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, granular permissions, session logs, FIPS-compatible clients and an on-premises option.

Customization

Your brand, your client

Align the client with your brand and give end users the simplest possible experience.

  • Lite and Expert modes. Expert is the full agent client; Lite shows end users only what they need to share their screen.
  • Your brand. Your logo, product or company name and colors, with a live preview.
  • Password behavior. Choose the password length and whether it changes at every start.
  • Your own executable. Generate a branded client, then share a direct link or an embeddable download button for your website.
